Former "people's governor of Donetsk People's Republic" Pavel Gubarev gave an interview to a popular Russian journalist Yuri Dud' in which he made a few interesting statements, which are important from historic point of view: today's DPR is full of "brothels, drug trading and ransom kidnappings", which are supervised by the Chechen "Akhmat" units, Ukrainians know very well what they're fighting for, Russians have no clue and they haven't even been told the official objectives of the "SVO" since 2022, of course Russian regular army took part in war in Donbas right from 2014, As a reminder, not only Russian but Western media through the whole period from 2014 to 2022 were consistently using euphemisms like "pro-Russian separatists" to describe what was regular Russian army operating without identifying signs in violation of international law, in spite of overwhelming evidence that Russia sent both soldiers and vast supplies of ammunition and weapons to Donbas.
