Video from 25th Separate Assault Brigade of Ukraine demonstrating a widespread phenomenon in Russian army - suicides of Russian soldiers who are terrorised by their own commanders and prohibited from surrendering under threat of stopping payouts to their families and torture if they are ever exchanged. In this video Russian soldiers casually talk after arriving on the position but then, when Ukrainian assault group conducts counterattack, they panic and both commit suicide after deciding their situation is hopeless, not even trying to surrender. Russian soldiers also frequently resort to suicide when wounded, knowing that evacuation of their "300" (Russian military code for wounded) is very rare and has the lowest priority.
