TV host Anton Krasovsky in a Russia Today program with writer Sergey Lukyanenko laughs and jokes as he explains that Ukrainian children should be "drowned and burned alive", and the remaining population of Ukraine "shot to death" for their failure to recognise Russia's superiority. Krasovsky was briefly suspended from RT for the statement and apologised, but shortly after continued to repeat his proposal and joke about it. His statement was considered disgusting even in Russia and reported to police, but Russian Investigative Committee somehow "found no criminal offense" in Krasovsky's statement, even though it routinely finds criminal offense in Russians posting or liking "stop war" content.
