This is archival video of the first and last 'People's Court of Novorossiya', which was held in Donetsk on 30 October 2014. It was organised by a group of gangsters who were nominated by Moscow as the local 'heads of administration'. These included the commander of the separatist brigade 'Prizrak' (Ghost), Alexei Mozgovoy. During the 'trial', a man was sentenced to death by firing squad. Mozgovoy himself was killed by 'Wagner' operatives a few months later as a result of criminal dealings that dominated Donetsk during the 'people's republic' period. Moscow, always careful to provide 'local support' for their special operations, liked to hire such people as they provided convenient cover for their Spetsnaz operating in the background while Pushilin and his gang attracted all the attention. Most of the "commanders" and "heads of administration" were assassinated later, primarily by "Wagner", either for non-compliance or because they knew too much.
