Attributed initially to an Ukrainian drone, collected video evidence suggests this particular explosion was more likely caused by Russian chaotic air defense effort and the tank was blown up by a "Pantsir" or MANPADS missile that missed a drone, but did not miss the tank. What also attracts attention is a total lack of any air raid warnings in Moscow during an attack that continued for two hours from 05:00 to 07:00 in the morning, as civilians can be seen chaotically roaming in the vicinity of both the targeted refinery and mobile air defense teams, firing MANPADS right around civilian vehicles queuing right on a road bridge.
