As Robin Niblett, Distinguished Fellow with Chatham House, told TVP World, Ukraine’s ability to shoot down Russian ballistic missiles has fallen from “two thirds to three quarters” to something between 10% and 20% “This really leads to a devastating impact on cities, on infrastructure. (...)
