In the eastern city of Kharkiv, a 23-year-old woman was killed when Russian forces dropped a guided bomb on a major roadway in the city. A powerful explosion at a residential building in Monaco on Monday left seven people wounded, including the sanctioned Ukrainian oligarch Vadym Yermolaiev.
