        <description>In May 2015 the German Chancellor Angela Merkel flew to the Kremlin for the celebrations and reassures Putin that “with my visit today, I wanted to show that we are working with Russia, not against it.” Logically, awarded with such recognition shortly after illegal annexation of Crimea and starting the war in Donbas, how could Putin believe he's doing anything wrong and that Europe's reaction to full-scale invasion on Ukraine would be anything else than lukewarm "oh, that's not nice" protests?</description>
